Holiday is a 42.45-metre (139 ft) Maiora with exterior design by Fipa Italiana Yachts and warm interiors by Roberto Del Re, built in 2005 and refitted in 2025. Her full-beam master suite on the main deck has an office and en-suite.
Twelve guests share five cabins, two doubles and two twins with Pullman options alongside the master. A sundeck Jacuzzi, upper-deck alfresco dining with bar and gym equipment complete the picture, with zero-speed stabilisers. A RIB, a limousine tender, a Yamaha waverunner, two Seabobs and a Flyboard are on board, and a crew of ten cruises with her in the Eastern Mediterranean.
