Panakeia has an elevator to every deck, a feature usually reserved for much larger yachts. Built by Astondoa and given a major refit in 2025, this 45.5-metre (149 ft) motor yacht has contemporary interiors by Cristiano Gatto, blending minimalist lines with warm textures.
Ten guests share five cabins, led by a full-beam master with an owner's study, a walk-in wardrobe and a statement bathtub. A heated Jacuzzi crowns the sundeck, the sky lounge opens onto a circular alfresco dining table, and a beach club lounge sits at sea level. A Castoldi jet tender, two Sea-Doo jet skis, three e-foils and a freefall climbing wall are on board. A crew of nine cruises with her in the Mediterranean in summer and South-East Asia and the Red Sea in winter.
